Tech Help Crew started as a small idea to make technology less intimidating and more personal. It began with helping friends and family set up their devices and quickly grew into something bigger. Every visit or call showed how much people appreciated clear and patient support, so we decided to make it a service anyone could access.

Our focus has always been simple. We help people understand technology, not just use it. We listen carefully, explain clearly, and never rush through a session. Whether it is helping someone learn a new skill or solving a frustrating issue, we want every person to feel capable and confident by the end.

Based in Los Angeles, Tech Help Crew now supports individuals, families, and small businesses across the South Bay and beyond. What started around a kitchen table is now a trusted local service built on patience, clarity, and kindness.

Humble Beginnings

Hi, I’m Alex, the person behind Tech Help Crew. I have spent more than a decade working with technology in education, most recently as a Director of Technology for a Los Angeles school. Over the years I have trained teachers, students, and families on how to use Apple devices, protect their privacy, and make technology work for their daily lives.

I started Tech Help Crew because I saw how often people feel overwhelmed by their devices. My goal is to create a calm and friendly space where questions are always welcome and learning feels simple. I believe technology should empower people, not frustrate them, and I bring that mindset to every session.
